UNHRD offers standard services at no cost such as warehousing, storage, inspection and handling.  Additional services such as procurement, transport, repackaging and kitting are available to all partners at actual cost plus a management recovery fee.  The full range of available services can be found here
 
Partners request services by sending an email to UNHRD.customerservice@wfp.org, which is monitored around the clock.  A quote is then provided and once accepted by the partner, UNHRD will carry out the service.  Payment is made once the service is rendered.  There is no fee to become a UNHRD partner. Organizations that have not signed a TA may also use UNHRD services on an ad hoc basis, however, must pay in advance.
