What is the UNHRD e-Catalogue?
The UNHRD e-catalogue is an online tool that details specifications of relief items and support equipment used in humanitarian operations. It is open to the entire humanitarian community.
The catalogue provides a detailed description of each product, including an ID, name, category, availability, related products and other product attributes. It provides an average cost of each product as well as estimated transport costs.
UNHRD is an ECHO certified Humanitarian Procurement Center and uses framework agreements with suppliers in order to best secure goods at a competitive price, while at the same time guaranteeing quality and timely delivery.

Who can use the catalogue?

How can I place an order?
Once you have filled your cart and submitted your request, a representative from UNHRD customer service will contact you directly. It is not possible to complete a purchase through the catalogue.
Can I change my order once it’s been submitted?
There is every opportunity to make adjustments to your request after submission. Once your request has been submitted, a representative from UNHRD customer service will contact you directly whereby you can make any revisions necessary prior to completing your order.
How is the Average Price indicated for each product determined?
The average price is the mean average of the total price (inclusive of incoming transport) of each item in stock across all six hubs. If an item is not “In Stock” the ex-works price as per existing contractual arrangements will be shown.
