Get Confirmation of Receipt from the Customer

Transaction : Corporate e-mail


Follow-up with the Customer to ensure that the goods have been received and services were rendered. Furthermore, get confirmation from the Customer that the goods have been received in good condition and they are compliant to the approved PI. In case of damages and / or non-compliance, request the Customer to send a detailed description. Get the proof of delivery via the Customer Service e-mail account.
